Thank you for your continued support of Lalamove.

We hope you have been enjoying the Lalamove Ondemand Delivery Service into your business that enables automation of fulfillment of your logistics workflow.

We are here to advise and to update you that WooCommerce Lalamove Plugin will be discontinued on its effective date of 28th of May 2024 23:59 GMT+8 HKT. All WooCommerce clients using the Lalamove plugin is advised to abide the following;

1. If you have an installed and activated Lalamove Plugin, you are advised to uninstall the plugin. WooCommerce Orders will no longer be accepted through Lalamove Delivery Service on the given deprecation date.
2. The alternative solution to continue placing orders to Lalamove Delivery Service are as follows;
   • Use Lalamove Web App or Mobile App (available in both IOS and Android) to place an order to Lalamove manually.
   • Use Shopify Lalamove plugin if you consider transitioning to Shopify e-commerce platform to enable Lalamove Delivery Service.
   • Use Lalamove API On Demand Delivery for direct integration. You need to reach us separately to partner.support@lalamove.com for us to give you more information on how you can kick start your API Ondemand integration.
